How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are shipped within 1 business day. Once shipped, delivery takes 1-3 days, depending on your location.
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer standard shipping, with delivery within 1-3 business days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track it through the “My Orders” section on our website.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Lebanon. We’re working on expanding our international shipping options!
What if my order is delayed?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us, and we’ll look into it for you.

We do not accept returns. All sales are final.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a mistake on our end.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes! Exchanges are available within 10 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and meet our exchange criteria. Contact us to start the process.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently only accept Cash on Delivery (COD), but we’re working on adding credit/debit card payments very soon!
Do you offer installment payment options?

No, only one discount code can be applied per order.
Do you offer gift cards?

Where is your store located?
Our store is located at Barbour Main Street, Beirut.
What are your store hours?
We’re open from Monday to Saturday, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM.
What is your policy on damaged items?
If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 3 days with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
